TROPICAL STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A developing tropical storm has gained strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is presently located about 100 miles east of the coast of southern/western Mexico.
